Despite the subtle octagonal shape and the undivided rooms, the Lusthaus is a building of highly interesting anatomy and different characters, which can be clearly seen on what we call “The lantern” – our little turret room.
This little, all overly paned pavilion on top of the building allows you a stunning view over the treetops of the Prater trees which will make you realize very quickly that the Lusthaus is the true centre of the Prater.
Why? Well, that is easy to explain: If you take a quick glance out of the window, you will see a star made of radiating alleys leading to us.

Simply taking pleasure in the outstanding view.
